I’m currently refreshing my training with Pediatric Health Coach Academy.
With almost a decade helping kids, teens, and families optimize their health using behavior modification tools and holistic practices, I’m so excited to be back to it! I’m having so much fun re-connecting with previous students and helping our coach collegues along in this journey.

Coaching Prices and Packages
We will meet for 30 mins once a week to check in, celebrate wins, and dive into creating your best life.
Coaching fees are $25/half hour (or $75 for a package of 4 sessions). Sessions must be prepaid via Paypal/Venmo.
